Peacefully at Dundonald House care home on the 31st of August 2021, Anna Blair aged 81 years. Much Loved wife of Alex and a loving mum, gran, great-gran, sister and sister-in-law. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday 14th of September at Dundonald Parish Church at 12.45pm following on to Dankeith Cemetery for 1.30pm.

Suddenly but peacefully, Bill passed away surrounded by his family on the 1st of September 2021. The funeral service will be held on Friday 10th September 2021 at Masonhill Crematorium at 11.15am. Gone but not forgotten.

Peacefully at home on the 28th August 2021 Jack Laird of Sanquhar aged 82 years, beloved husband of Nancy and Dad to Robert, Kenny and Ronald, also a dear brother, father-in-law, papa and great granpa. Funeral service to be held at Masonhill Crematorium, Ayr on Saturday 4th September at 11.15am to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Fire Service Benevolent Fund in memory of Jack.

Peacefully at Ayr Hospital on 20th August 2021, Thomas Martin Hunter aged 90 years. Much loved husband of the late Annie and a loving dad, papa and great-papa. Will be sadly missed by all the family. Funeral Service will take place on Monday 30th August at Castlehill Church at 10.15am following on to Ayr Cemetery for 11am.

Peacefully on 21st August 2021, Shirley McAnespie aged 47 years. Much loved daughter of Donald and the late Lynn, and sister of the late Stephen. A loving sister-in-law, aunt and niece and a friend to many. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 2nd September at Masonhill Crematorium at 2.45pm.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sadie, in Ayr Hospital on 15th August 2021. Sadie was the beloved wife of the late Jim, much loved mum to Beverley and family. Former proprietor of Cowans pram shop, Templehill. She will be missed greatly. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 24th August 2021 at 11.15am at Masonhill Crematorium.

Peacefully at Ayr Hospital on 5th August 2021, Jan McCallum aged 85 years of Tarholm Nursery. Much loved wife of the late James, a dear mum of Shona, Sheena and Brian, a loving gran to Kevin, Steven and Jaclyn and great-gran to Sophie and Paige. Jan’s funeral service will be held at Masonhill Crematorium on Thursday 19th August 2021 at 2pm to which are all respectfully invited.

Peacefully after a short illness, on Thursday 5th August, 2021 at Crosshouse Hospital, Margaret (Marjorie), aged 79 years. Beloved wife of the late Gerry, much loved mum of Gavin and Gayle and cherished grandmother of Angus. Will be sadly missed by everyone who has known her. Funeral will take place on Wed 18th Aug at Masonhill Crematorium at 2:45 PM. No flowers please, donations in lieu to Alzheimer Scotland and CHSS.

At the University Hospital, Ayr on the 27th July 2021, Ethel passed peacefully aged 101. She will be lovingly remembered & greatly missed by all her family & large circle of friends. She was the beloved wife of the late Tom, mother to Ian & Stuart and a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. A private Funeral Service will be held at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium at 11.30am on August 18th. For those wishing to pay their respects, the cortege will leave the family home at 11.00am.
