The family of the late Evelyn Limond wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and cards received during their recent sad loss. Special thanks to the staff of the Biggart Hospital for their care and attention of Evelyn and to all who provided care to her at home. Thanks also to the Rev Fraser Aitken for his comfort and support and Armours Funeral Services for all Funeral arrangements.

(Jim) Suddenly on 13th April at University Ayr Hospital, James C. Cuthbert aged  75 years. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 5th May 2022 at Masonhill Crematorium at 1.15pm. 

Suddenly at home on 10th April 2022, Duncan Torbet aged 85 years. Much loved Husband of Anne, a dear Dad of Morag and Elizabeth and a loving Papa to Harvey and Jack. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Duncan’s funeral service on Wednesday 20th April 2022 at Masonhill Crematorium at 2.00pm.

(Jimmy) Peacefully at Ayr Hospital on 3rd April 2022, James Goddard aged 87 years. Much loved Husband of the late Meriel, loving Dad to Anita, Boo, Caroline and Diane and a loving Grandad of his family. Family and friends are respectfully invited to Jimmy’s funeral service that will take place on Tuesday 12th April 2022 at Stair Parish Church at 1.30pm thereafter arriving at Stair Cemetery at 2.00pm.

Wallace Stewart Allan passed away suddenly on 28th March aged 98. Beloved husband of Marion and father of Grant, Lesley and David. Grandfather of Ian, Neil, John and Imogen. Great grandfather of Angus. Wallace will be sadly missed by all his family and friends who are invited to celebrate his life on Thursday 14th April at Saint Columba Church, Ayr at 2.30pm and Masonhill Crematorium at 3.30pm.

Peacefully at Ayr Hospital on 28th March 2022, William Cunningham Cook aged 71 years of The Lodge Potterston Farm Dalrymple (formerly of Yonderton Farm, Dalrymple). Husband of the late Jane Cook and Son of Hugh and the late Anne Cook. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday 8th April at Hurlford Church, Crookedholm at 1.00pm following on to Riccarton Cemetery for 2.00pm.

(Bertie) Suddenly but peacefully at home on Sunday 27th March 2022. Brother of Donald and Isabel and Uncle and Great Uncle of the family. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 1st April 2022 at Masonhill Crematorium at 9.45am

Peacefully at the Biggart Hospital on 24th March 2022, Evelyn Limond aged 91 years. Beloved Wife of the late James (Jim), dearly loved Mum to Iain, Alyn, Maureen and the late David. Evelyn was also a devoted Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. The Funeral Service will take place at Masonhill Crematorium on Monday 11th April 2022 at 11.15am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
